Located in the 6th floor of Meanara Alpha Condo, this small room is non like other places. Our house is newly renovated, fully furnished with brand new washing machine, water heater, unifi, cooking utensils, TV, dining table, 2 balcony and so on...A delicate living place hidden in a strategic location-walking distace to LRT station(I walk everyday), surrounding by severals mamak stalls(I love the nasi lemak ayam, tom yam, roti......) serve delicious foods, uncountable chinese hawker stalls(Have not finish trying till today), more than 4 barber shops(different price range different services), Watson, Guardians, a few clinics, Walking distant to Jusco, Chatime buble tea shop, fruits stalls......
Tenants in this ideal living space are all friendly females, we respect each other and would love to keep our environment in a clean, peaceful and comfortable manner.
If you love to look at the sky lying on bed from the window, observe the changes of clouds during day time, search for moon and stars at night, enjoy listening to birds chirping every morning and prefer simplicity, this might be the right place for you.
